The goal of the West Lane Technical Learning Center is to meet the educational needs of a diverse group of students who are currently not being served or who are being under served by the local public school district(s).  To meet the needs of these students, the school will integrate academic, vocational and technical skills into a program of study.  This hybrid school emphasizes collaborative learning with the blending of computer based and face to face instruction to create a supportive, flexible learning environment.  Through the development and achievement of an individualized personal education plan (PEP), students will develop life skills, attain a high school diploma, acquire career related skills and become productive citizens.
